1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or booking services with Ethereal Beauty, clients agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows
• Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-shows may be charged 100% of the appointment value and may result in a six-month suspension of future bookings after three missed appointments.
• Late arrivals are given up to a 15-minute grace period; beyond this, the appointment may be forfeited and a late arrival fee charged.
3. Pricing & Payments
• Service prices are as listed on the website and subject to change without notice.
• Additional charges may apply (e.g., for upgraded services).
• Payments are accepted in cash, EFTPOS, and major credit cards; deposits may be required for some bookings.
4. Health & Hygiene
• Ethereal Beauty complies with all relevant QLD health and safety laws, including the Public Health (Infection Control for Personal Appearance Services) Act 2003.
• Staff adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards. Clients exhibiting symptoms of contagious illness may be refused service for safety reasons.
• Please inform staff of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before treatment.
5. Right to Refuse Service
• The salon reserves the right to refuse service to clients acting abusively or inappropriately, or if a service would compromise the health and safety of staff or others.
6. Refunds & Australian Consumer Law
• Refunds, replacements, or repairs for faulty products or unsatisfactory services are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
• Please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment for any concerns.
7. Privacy Policy
• Personal information provided to the salon, including contact details and appointment history, is securely stored and used only for booking, service delivery, and relevant marketing.
• We do not share your data with third parties without consent except as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property
